Marni Guba

Marni is an executive operations leader with extensive experience in strategy, organizational performance, and large-scale operations. She has held senior leadership roles within complex organizations, where she has led strategic planning, operational transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.

 Marni earned her BS, Health Policy and Administration with a business concentration at Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.  She also holds a certificate in Patient Safety from Institute in Healthcare Improvement Open School.
