Samantha Heron

Samantha is a senior executive with more than three decades of experience leading complex organizations across the Finance and Human Resources disciplines. As a Vice President at MetLife, she oversees enterprise governance frameworks and drives operational excellence across a global HR function.

A New York native now based in the Lehigh Valley, Samantha brings a longstanding commitment to community service, youth development, and mentorship. Her belief in the critical role stability and opportunity play in shaping a child’s future aligns directly with the mission of Family Promise.

Samantha is also active in local initiatives through Life Church and values time spent traveling and being with her family.
