Robert Cichonski

Robert Cichonski is a seasoned IT management professional with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering strategic initiatives, and driving operational success. Over the course of his career, he has worked across a range of industries—including manufacturing, services, and healthcare—bringing a practical, people-centered approach to leadership.

With experience managing teams of 40+ and working closely with executive leadership, Robert has focused on aligning planning and operations with long-term business goals. He was also recognized as one of the Top 50 Managers in the prestigious Volvo IT Go-Team initiative and has participated in both senior management and technical leadership programs.

Robert’s journey with Family Promise of the Lehigh Valley began through his parish, Saint Joseph the Worker, where he volunteered to help host and support families in transition. His dedication to service comes from a deep belief in the importance of family and community.

Outside of his professional and volunteer work, Robert enjoys traveling and cherishing time with his family—including his three beloved grandchildren.

He joined the Family Promise Board of Directors in May 2025 and is proud to help guide its mission of empowering families experiencing homelessness toward lasting stability and independence.
