Cara Winslow, DBA, SHRM‑SCP

Cara Winslow has extensive experience in human resources management, labor relations, and organizational strategy across public and private sector organizations. She brings a research-driven and practical approach to workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

Cara serves on the Board of Easterseals of Eastern Pennsylvania and volunteers with Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. She earned her Doctorate of Business Administration from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University along with a certificate in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership.
