Roslyn Kuba - Executive Director
Roslyn Kuba brings a unique combination of nonprofit leadership, community service, and hands-on experience supporting families experiencing homelessness to her role as Executive Director of Family Promise.
Roslyn began her career as an office manager for several local Lutheran churches, including Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Emmaus, Christ Lutheran Church of Lower Saucon, and Christ Lutheran Church in Hellertown. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for the power of faith communities working together to serve their neighbors, something that continues to inspire her work with Family Promise and its dedicated congregations.
Roslyn later joined the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley, where her passion for helping families experiencing homelessness grew even stronger. As a counselor at Ferry Street Apartments, a transitional housing program in Easton, she provided intake, needs assessment, and case management services. She also worked closely with the Sixth Street Shelter in Allentown, helping coordinate special projects such as holiday gift programs, food pantry orders, and a community garden.
Today, Roslyn is passionate about leading Family Promise and strengthening partnerships throughout the community to help families move toward stability, independence, and hope. She believes that meaningful change happens when people come together, share ideas, and are willing to ask, “What can we do better?”
Roslyn has always embraced an open-door approach and welcomes opportunities to listen, collaborate, and brainstorm with others who share a commitment to helping families in need.
Outside of her work, Roslyn is the proud mother of three amazing children—Alycia, Austin, and Jeremy, who will forever be 22 in her heart. She is also the proud “Gramsey” to two high-spirited grandchildren, Brantley and Tara, who keep life fun and full of adventure.
